Raised Bed Septic System

Installation of Raised Bed Septic Systems begin with a certified sieve analysis of the approved fill material. We then follow the approved County stamped engineered plan by  plowing  the existing soil. The approved fill material (certified sand) will then be placed and compacted in lifts to attain the proper percolation rate.  The Engineer will visit the site to certify the fill placement and confirm the rate of percolation. Next we install the dispersal field consisting of either infiltrators or pipe and stone. The entire system including tanks, distribution box and raised bed will be inspected by the County. Once inspected we cover the system with topsoil.  After completion a certificate of occupancy will be submitted to the owner by the County.
